Upgrade an existing CleanSteps® Services account with additional Wind Power or Carbon Offsets: your name, address, phone number, email address, the name(s) and accounts number(s) of your natural gas and/or electricity utility. This information is transmitted via a secure Web form to CleanSteps® for enrollment verification and confirmation purposes. This site is being monitored by one or more third-party monitoring software(s), and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service. You may opt-out from the data that SmartPiXL is collecting on your visit through a universal consumer options page located at

The CleanSteps® Website uses cookies during the online customer enrollment process. The cookies used on are temporary (session) cookies that allow visitors to enroll as new customers, renew an existing CleanSteps® Services account, or upgrade an existing CleanSteps® Services account with additional Wind Power. This cookie is discarded once you end your session by closing your Web browser on your computer. We do not save cookies with personal or user identification information on your computer. If you wish to enroll, renew or upgrade your CleanSteps® Services account on the Website, you must have your Internet browser Privacy settings set no higher than Medium High. We do not share personal information provided to us through our Website (name, address, phone number, utility account numbers, etc.) with parties other than your natural gas and/or electricity utilities as needed to enroll, renew or upgrade your CleanSteps® account. We only use such information to enroll and deliver products and/or services, to provide important information to you about the products and/or services, and/or to bill you for products and/or services. 

Notification of Special Offers and Promotions by Email 

All e-mail addresses provided by customers who enroll with CleanSteps® Services are used solely for customer service purposes. We may notify you via e-mail of new products and service offerings from CleanSteps® Services, if you give us permission to do so by selecting the checkbox, "Yes, please notify me by email of special offers and promotions" on our Energy Order Checkout and Wind Power Upgrade forms.
